Drunken Cheesy Bread
1/2 - 3/4 Baguette in 1/2 inch slices
1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
1/8 lb. thin sliced ham
3/4 C white wine
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 C grated Swiss cheese
- butter a 9x9 pan
- place bread in the pan
- scatter the onion & ham over the bread
- pour the wine over all
- sprinkle with the cheese & pepper
- bake at 400 for 20 minutes
